Terms and Conditions for EventName 2024

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for EventName 2024, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your registration.

2. Event Registration

2.1. Registration is only complete upon full payment of the registration fee.
2.2. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from the organizers.
2.3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry without providing a reason.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus processing fees.
3.2. Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
3.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Attendees must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
4.2. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
4.3. The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee violating the code of conduct.

5. Photography & Recording

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.

6. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

7. Force Majeure

The organizer is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
